Informative note: NEWSLETTER

Pursuant to and in accordance with art. 13 of Reg. 679/2016 Sant’Anna Institute S.r.l. would like to inform you
that by subscribing to the “Newsletter” your personal data will be processed and entered into our
company’s database.
According to this regulation, the processing will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness and
transparency and the protection of your confidentiality and your rights.
Pursuant to Art. 13 we inform you that:
The data are collected in order to provide you with the free and voluntary service of the “Newsletter”,
The data is processed by automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which
it was collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use
and unauthorised access. The provision of data is compulsory for the purposes referred to in the previous
point. In the event of refusal to disclose data for the above purpose, the outcome will be that you will be
unable to subscribe to this service and will be unable to receive the “Newsletter”. In the event of a refusal
to provide data for the remaining purposes, you will not receive advertising material, services or offers,
either for yourself or from third parties. Your data will be disclosed to third parties exclusively for legal
obligations or for the management of the functions of the “Newsletter”. The acquired data will not be
distributed.
Within the company, the data may be communicated to the entire personnel of the respective offices as
persons responsible for and entrusted with the processing.
The data will be processed for the entire period necessary for the management of the aforementioned
purpose and for related legal obligations and will be kept for a period of no less than 10 years from the
termination of the relationship.
In order to allow the Data Controller to fulfil the required obligations of ensuring the accuracy and updating
of the data, we invite you to notify us/communicate tny variations regarding your name/surname, e-mail
address and corresponding telephone number.
You may contact the data controller to exercise your rights as provided for in Sections II and III of the
aforementioned Regulations where applicable.
The data controller is the company Sant’Anna Institute S.r.l. with registered office in Avigliana (TO) Viale dei
Mareschi n.15, VAT no. 07631160012, in the person of its legal representative. The Data Processing Officer
(or “Data Protection Officer” – DPO) appointed by Sant’Anna Institute is the company CENTRO SERVIZI PMI
