Exercise and relaxation are important to our mental health and wellbeing, as well as our physical health.
Regular yoga practice creates mental clarity and calmness, increases body awareness, relieves stress and sharpens concentration.
Planting a bulb or seed and watching it grow is satisfying and rewarding.
Time spent in nature can be fascinating, relaxing and therapeutic; it can lift our mood, reduce stress and improve our health.

RECIPES & NUTRITION
Eating healthy foods is beneficial to both mental and physical health. Cooking can be a fun and creative activity and many of our recipes can be adapted to suit dietary requirements, or to use up things you have left in the cupboard.
