Sant’Anna Institute is pleased to present the webinar “The cross-cultural challenge: Measuring the impact of international Undergraduate Internships” (October 27th; 12 – 1 pm EST).
Life-defining experiential learning opportunities, especially international ones, do not “just happen”: they are carefully and purposefully designed. Responding to the needs of institutions, businesses, and non-profits, critical know-how is requested for designing, measuring, and assessing roles that can kickstart student growth and empowerment.
During this webinar, Davide de Gennaro and Marco Marino, editors of “Cross-Cultural Undergraduate Internships – A Toolkit for Empowering the Next Generation’ (Emerald Publishing, 2023) will discuss the means of making an undergraduate international internship useful for the development of both the student and the company by proposing a toolkit that allows to design and evaluate undergraduate internships with a global reach in line with the new needs of the labour market.
International educators are invited to join the discussion and share their own experiences and means of assessment.
